Renters must:

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and final approval by SmartDrive Rentals.
Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability.
Rental charges, fees, taxes, and security deposits must be paid as required before vehicle release.
Security deposits are subject to inspection and compliance with rental agreement terms.
Only drivers approved and listed on the rental agreement may operate the rental vehicle.
Vehicles may not be used for:
